America in a hole

An affair that i think the United States should not have gotten into and stayed out of is when they went to war with Iraq. The president of the United states told the American people that saudam heussien was mistreating the people in Iraq by stoneing and killing many innocent people of Iraq. Congrees soon approved the presidents decision and sent American troops over to release bombs to kill Iraqs leader. American troops have now been at war with Iraq for abot three almost four years now trying to keep peace over in the middle east; and doing so we've lost almost four thousand troops. I think that we should'nt have meddled in Iraqs bussines because we wouldn't have lost troops in the line duty that family's love very much. we also shouldn't have gotten in an affair wth Iraq because America wouldn't be so much in dept as they are now because of the war in Iraq.

Unit 6: When to get involved

In certain circumstances I think its ok to get into someone's business. Because if you were not to get in anyone's bussiness you would not know what's wrong with them, or try to find a way to help them in a way their needing assistance. While attending school in charlotte North Carolina, I had this friend who was constantly getting bullied on a daily basis. I didn't know of the physical abuse my friend enduring until, one day he came into class crying. Although, I know I should have minded my own business and stayed out of his, I wanted to make sure my friend was ok. Finally after my friend kept avoiding the questions I kept asking him, he told me that a kid was bullying him, and he was scared to stand up to the kid. I went with my friend to the guidance counselor to try to get him some help so, that he wouldn't have to get bullied anymore. I am so excited that I got envolved in my friends business to be a help to him because if I had not he'd probably have gotten badly injured or worse.

I LOVE THE FALCONS!

I've learned my lesson, y'all. After watching the Atlanta Falcons dominate my Carolina Panthers on Sunday, I am finally ready to admit they are the better team. When I looked up at the scoreboard and saw that 20-13 staring at me, I had no choice it was time to face the truth.

Man, I wish Alge Crumpler played for the Panthers!

Maybe if they didn't wear girly powder blue, the Panthers may even intimidate the other team a little instead of letting the officials decide the game like the one in Atlanta earlier this season.

I think the real lesson here is that I should listen to Mr. Siegmund when it comes to football matters since he told me all along the Panthers were pretenders. I am going to go ahead and say it -- you heard it here, folks -- The Falcons are going to take out the Buccaneers this week on their way to a NFC South Championship. GO DIRTY BIRDS!!!

Maybe Mr. Siegmund will let me keep this hat since I'm tired of looking like a member of The Backstreet Boys wearing that baby blue one. . .
